The idea behind this site was to provide the necessary tools to enable staff to create, publish and edit information relevent to their scope.

Overtime, more collaboration tools will be added to create an environment and a platform to instil a culture of information sharing as well as accountability, that will enable Radiant Globaltech's crew to respond more quickly and timely to the ever changing market place. This then is the ultimate objective of the Employee Portal.
